I distinctly remember my first flying yoga class: it was actually an aerial fitness class with a hint of yoga throughout. I wandered out of my comfort zone and into a new studio to be faced with a line of aerial hammocks, chained to the ceiling on sliders like a rack of medieval torture…

I got my own aerial silks yay! 13 yards of purple goodness! Now I just need to break them in and get all the stretchiness out of them @_@
